We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. For longer or high-demand services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits will be applied toward your scheduled service only if the appointment is kept as originally booked. If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. As your provider, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments impact both our time and the availability of appointments for other clients.
